We were at our local Farmer's Market
last week and discovered a tasting alley.
Next Summer, we will be hosting a very
large music and arts festival. One of the
plans is to have a "spirits tent" where
participants can enjoy a wide variety of
local wines and spirits, home grown and
small. So of course it's important that we
interview and taste test items we may
request that distilleries will supply. Dh
and youngest dd were all to eager to be
the taste testers on this day. I chose to
try an organic ginger ale as I was to be
the designated driver since they indulged!
