Window Wreath.

This corner will soon been revamped.

I have great plans in mind to create a

more cozy spot. Loving how sweet the

willow wreath is on our blinds ~great

charity shop find for our little cottage.

Question to consider: put low but long

cupboards or have the "never used as a

window seat" conversation. Pondering!

Decorating.

Excited to finally get our decorating

underway. Tomorrow is rink day and

then in the evening, finishing up the

trees that are set around the cottage.

Sweet Wreath.

Even with Fall all around us, I had

to share this sweet wreath I found.

Isn't it amazing? Maybe for our

front door for next Spring. Yes!

Window Wreath.

The wreath we hung on the new shutters in

the kitchen nook always makes me smile!

Front Door Wreath.

We were given this sweet little wreath

the first Christmas in our new home. I

added some purple ribbon and the gold

ball. The lights are a bit hard to see here

but in the dusk and the dark nights, it

lights up the front door so very nicely.

Summer Wreath.

I love having a wreath on the front door. It either tells the season we are in or a special day. Recently I visited our local charity shop to search for a small wreath for the little door on our potting shed. This one caught my eye and for $5, I was happy to give it a new home. But when I got it out to the shed, it was just a bit too big for the small door. I'm still searching for a smaller wreath but the new one didn't go to waste. I love that if fit the front door just fine and brings together our colors of lavender, sage and ivory. It wasn't meant to be for the shed but it was definitely meant to be for the cottage. A great find.

Fall Wreath.

It was time for a new Fall Wreath this

year and we found just the perfect one.

Full of rich colors, it was an incredible deal. 

A $40 item marked down to $10 ~ brand new.

I love the colors against our black front

door and the pumpkins on the veranda deck.

I love little wreaths. Not sure why and how

I grew to add them to our home decor.

But they are great for changing out a room

when we're decorating or honoring a season.

Wreath Down ....

It was so windy outside today that I

had to take our Spring Wreath off our

front door, for fear it would blow away!

It looks so lost sitting in the front hall.
