The Arthur.

One of my "in progress" dollhouses.

This one is called "The Arthur" and

I bought it off a lady on the military

base for $10. I've taken out the door,

the windows and the wallpaper inside.

Just trying to figure out if I'll leave it

this shade of yellow or choose a color

that is more bold. It's growing on me

a bit so it may stay. Finishing up the

dollhouse I'm working on for gdd.

Getting there. I hope to get it to her

soon. It's been quite a big, messy job!

Garage Progress ....

More progress. The storage bin is now

full, donations have been donated and

the bits we couldn't keep were put in

the garbage bin we rented. All set now!

Contractors arrived bright and early today

and worked almost until 6 p.m. They will

be back tomorrow, so I'll work from home,

which is good, as I know have a cold ....

Blog Reno.

My blog template suddenly disappeared a few days ago. This happened one other time but after doing some research, I discovered the site was down and would be back up within a day. And just like that, my blog template returned. But this time, the site is up, so I'm not sure why my favorite background has vanished. I just spent an hour searching the site this morning but couldn't find it. I'm sending a note to the creator but in the mean time, I've chosen a new template for now. I may try out a few others to see which one fits my style. Just like our old house, which is in the few days of a big renovation before the renters move in, my blog is a bit under a reno for now. Be patient while I figure it all out. And enjoy the new theme. Hope you like this one for today!
