We decided it was time to pull a few
fresh veggies from our garden patch.
Sweet onions and beets were getting
very close to done so out they came.
Dh sliced up the beets and then lightly
fried them in olive oil with seasoning.
We made up a caesar salad with bacon,
chicken and smoked applewood cheese.
The beets and sweet onion were a perfect
to an already great salad. A new favorite!
