Dino Digging.

Our little guy received a project gift
from our dearest friend in the World.

He heard B loves dinosaurs and he had
just toured a local attraction that has
moving dinosaurs that are incredible.
He bought this dino digging kit for B.
It has kept him busy for hours! We are
thankful for such amazing, good friends.

Sports Day.

It was Sports Day at our little guys
school this week and I helped out.

There was a thunderstorm scheduled
for the same time as my shift (1 to 3).

But despite this enormous clouds, the
wind, rain, lightening and thunder held out
until we ran to the car at the end. And
that is the moment the thunder started ....

Just before the skies opened, a local radio
station showed up with enough popsicles
for the kids, the teachers and all the
family volunteers. It was a great day.
The storm on the way truly wasn't fun
at all but his ribbon made it all worth it.

Lost Tooth.

The little guy finally lost his first
upper tooth, on the very last day
of Grade 1. He's pretty proud but
is finding it hard to talk clearly!

Now We Are Six.

Now We Are Six

When I was one,
I had just begun.

When I was two,
I was nearly new.

When I was three,
I was hardly me.

When I was four,
I was not much more.

When I was five,
I was just alive.

But now I am six,
I'm as clever as clever.

So I think I'll be six,
now and forever.

~ A. A. Milne ~

Six years ago tonight, our little guy arrived, safe and sound, with big cheeks and a full head of hair. Love at first sight, we've all been through many adventures over the last six years. He's so much fun, full of life and personality. Smart and sauve, he'll likely need to be locked up as a teenager, as the girls are going to be all over him! For now, we'll cherish his childhood and wish him health and luck as he continues to grow. Happy Birthday B!
