Goodbye December.

Very frosty month full of wonder and excitement.

The opening of our new centre. Welcoming new

team members, and sweet new families. Gifts to

share and kind words to the World. Twinkly lights

and yummy treats. Moving my aging mom to her

new home. Planning for a big trip. A great month!

The month of snow, celebrations, love and gifts! I

love this month, though I wish it was less busy and

more spread out. Truly a time of spreading joy and

cheer. We have the snow. Bring on the celebrations!

reminds me of the typical scenes we

would be living within. I do hope we

get a bit of snow before Christmas.

Not sure it will come but we can hope!

November was a sweet month in a very

lovely year, so I'm a bit sad to realize

today in turning the calendar that we're

almost at the end of 2022. But as always,

December promises to be full of joy

and wonder, family, friends and cheer!

I'm a bit late writing the blog posts for December.

All I'll say is "it's been a week!" It was a week

full of great things (my birthday, our Christmas

Party, decorating, the rink) but also some sad and

hard things (letting my student go, our daughter's

pup died) ~ things I may write about in time. For

today, I'll post this sweet picture, and share how

excited I am for this season of light, joy and love.

Hello December. A favorite month in our house! Christmas Parties and concerts, shopping, wrapping and so many treats to eat! We all get a nice break with gifted holiday days from our employers and don't have to return to work until the 2nd week January. Such a treat and a welcome break at this time of year. This month has started out very Wintery, with tons of snow on the weekend (finally), leaving us with a beautiful white, sparkly landscape. 

A favorite month in our house .... hope it is in yours too.
