Hi everyone!
Today, I forgot to check the prompt for the Capture December Photo Challenge. And ironically, after several hours of shopping, coming home and emptying the bags, having dinner than sitting down to relax, I discovered the word of the day was "Shopping!" Should have left everything sitting at the front door, piled up, in bags. Would have been a great shot to end the day. But I did take pictures of the lovely winter evening, all Christmacy. The shop keepers were happy and energetic. Other shoppers were polite, holding open the door and smiling as we all shopped. Lovely shopping time!

Our last stop of the night: Chapters!!
We crossed off many items from our shopping list, then heading back to town to pick up gift bags and wrapping paper. Almost ready for the big day. A bit of menu planning, food shopping, final card mailing, wrapping and party making. A busy time of year for sure but fun and relaxing.
