I seem to be missing a photo of the amazing turkey.
We found a Pinty's brand this year that had Bourbon
infused in the bird and it was so amazing! For our
Thanksgiving dinner with the same brand, it was a
herb and garlic version ~ just as amazing! Looking
forward to our leftovers for tonight. Probably the last
bits will be all gone. We had lovely peas with onion,
mushrooms, parsley, lemon and some creme de fraiche.
Warm, fresh buns with butter. Mashed herbed tatoes.
Stuffing, gin infused cranberries. And pickles! It took
a bit on Christmas day before we actually had any of
the deserts as we were all so full from dinner. Yum!!

How scrumptious, Chy! My mom and I used to roast a turkey on Thanksgiving and Christmas, too. I loved how it made our home smell. All of your goodies sound divine...so glad to hear you had a nice holiday.
