A few shots of our pretty dining room. We're still on
the hunt for the perfect curtains. For now, as we live
in the forest, no curtains are just fine. I think in time,
this room will be welcoming with curtains and a rug.

No we don't have a formal dining room. Our house is pretty much one open room.
We live in the woods too and only have window toppers.
Hi Debi. I love a formal room as well. When we were building our cottage, so many people, even our builder said "what a waste! no one uses dining rooms anymore!" But we do, all the time. I'm glad I didn't listen!

He happyone. Your space sounds so cozy and warm. I love that you live in the woods too! I can't imagine living anywhere else, though I'm sure as we age, moving back to town might be a plan down the road. I'd hate it but know that time may come.
