Living an authentic life in "Our Little Cottage In The Big Woods". Raising our children,
creating art, writing, film making, fibre art, furniture painting, gardening, traveling, restoring vintage dollhouses, hunting for antique treasures
& chasing our big dream to live by
the sea, all on a frugal budget.
About Me
January 29, 2017
Out the Window.
A frosty morning landscape. One of
my favorite things about Winter.
With the overcast sky and the hoar
frost covered trees, it's cozy inside.
But chilly and silent outside. I love the
quiet of the pretty scene gifted to us.

The window pictured in the “little house big woods” photo gallery is a truly impressive architectural feat. Escaping civilization and waking to peaceful scenes of nature dusted in snow is a surefire way to recharge and heal the soul. Browsing for antiques and gardening are two activities that I also find rewarding and enjoyable.
