Menu Monday.

Here's our scrumptious menu for the 
week of March 11th to the 17th

Vegetarian Stir Fry

Pasta with Alfredo Sauce and Peas

Aloha Pineapple Honey Chicken

Rice and Beef/Salad for me!

Inside Out Chicken Pot Pie

Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Pickles

Sunday, Shortcut Chicken Cordon Bleu

We did really well last week with making
just one big trip to the store for groceries
vs. trips each night. This week, we went thru
our cupboards, fridge and freezer while we
made our menu. We only had to replenish 
certain items, so our total for this week
was $102.75. Over $75 less than
last week and less than half of what we
would normally spend. Truly 
loving this new trend we have gotten
ourselves in to.

Every time I go to the supermarket, prices have risen. It's hard to keep check of exactly how to spread money when it changes so rapidly. There are some things that I have to cut out now.

That's what we were finding is the constant rise in prices. By switching to a discount store, I'm hoping we'll be able to reduce our grocery bill to a more manageable place.
