We did part of the 
Summer Studio Tour
today & our favorite stop was
the Salt Spring Island Break Co. 
Up high in the hills, we got to see
the authentic wood oven. It was
a great tour & fun to have the
baker & her family explain how
they make bread up on the
mountain. We loved the sweet
smells of the baking & the
beautiful sights before us. 
We bought this bread, a garlic/cheese
mix that had just come out of the oven. 
Dinner tonight was salmon
with veggies & of course, 
the incredible bread. 
Somehow, food always 
tastes so much more
flavorful outside!
