Our eldest son is coming home for
a visit in the middle of April.
We'll have our big Easter Dinner then.
Last weekend, we had our "rehearsal"
meal, a smaller version of the big deal.
It was scrumptious and just right.

Small and compact or large and amazing?
Mmm, looks so nice! We had a ham too, for our Easter feast, cooked on the bone, with an orange and maple syrup glaze, small new potatoes, asparagus, sugar snap peas. Salmon coulibac for non meat eaters, and tarte tatin and fruit fool for puddings. It was delicious! Enjoy your special meal X
