It was raining most of the day yesterday,
so we made a big pot of soup and then
baked cookies. Yum! A good way to
stay warm and settle in for the night.
A Scrabble Tournament rounded out the
end of the day. Over the time we've been
here at the little cottage, I've won several
games and dh has won as well. We are
just slightly competitive with each other.
Fun to win and then tease the loser ....

ReplyDeleteOh that looks great. My dad and aunt used to play Scrabble. I would watch. I bet your cookies were delicious. Snow White just laid an egg, and it's October! I plan to bake an apple crisp tomorrow. It sounds like you know how to enjoy a rainy day at home...
