Our little guy needed to take in to his school
something that was a representation of his
heritage. So we took a picture of grampa's
arm, and printed it off. His tattoo shows his
Viking connection in our family. Right back
to Erik the Red and his son Leif Erikson.
Not good Vikings, though Leif did discover
North America before Christopher Columbus
did. We'll hold on to that one. Something to
be curious about. An interesting family link.
That is great, but probably not what the teacher expected to be shared!
